Gulun documents

Terms of use

Effective from October 6, 2026

These are the rules Gulun runs by. We have tried to keep them short and free of legal mazes, but please read them before you sign up — they are what keeps this place calm for everyone.

1What these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator name] (address: [address]), which runs the Gulun dating service at gulun.ge and in its related apps (“Gulun”, “we”).

By creating an account, you accept these terms in full. They apply together with our privacy policy and safety rules.

Gulun is a dating club for adults where people say openly, from the start, what kind of relationship they are looking for. We provide a tool for meeting people, but we take no part in relationships between users and are not a party to them.

2Who can use Gulun

  • You are at least 18 years old. Signing up under this age is prohibited, and such profiles are deleted.
  • You tell the truth about yourself: your real age, gender and city.
  • One person, one account. You may not create an account for someone else or hand yours over.
  • Your account has not previously been blocked for breaking the rules.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account. If you suspect someone else has gained access, change your password and write to support@gulun.ge.

3What is not allowed

Gulun is not an escort service or a platform for intimate services. Offering, seeking or paying for sex in exchange for money, gifts or any other benefit is prohibited in any form, including through hints and external links.

You also may not:

  • create fake profiles, impersonate another person, or use someone else’s photos or photos taken from the internet;
  • deceive other members for money: ask for “loans”, offer investments, crypto or betting, or ask them to pay for “tickets” or “deliveries”;
  • advertise goods, services, channels or other websites, or send spam and identical messages;
  • threaten, insult, stalk or blackmail anyone, including by threatening to publish messages or photos;
  • share other people’s personal data or pictures without their consent;
  • involve minors in communication or publish material featuring them;
  • incite violence or discrimination, or share material prohibited by Georgian law;
  • use bots, scripts or automated data collection, or bypass blocks and technical restrictions.

4Profile and photos

  • Your public photos must show you, with your face clearly visible. No nudity or explicit poses.
  • Private photos are moderated too and follow the same rules on prohibited content.
  • Your profile text must not contain phone numbers, links to messengers or social networks, price lists or hints at paid meetings.
  • Talking about what you expect from a relationship is welcome — calmly and with respect for the other person.

You keep the rights to your photos and texts. By uploading them, you allow us to store, display and technically process them (compress them, crop previews) — only to run the service and only while they are posted on Gulun.

5Moderation and blocks

New profiles and photos are checked by moderators. We usually review user reports within 24 hours. Depending on the outcome, we may:

  • reject a photo or ask you to correct your profile;
  • temporarily restrict sending messages;
  • hide a profile from search while we look into the matter;
  • block the account — for a serious or repeated violation, including without warning.

If an account is blocked for a violation, unused contacts and paid services are not refunded. If you believe the decision was a mistake, write to support@gulun.ge and we will review it.

6Contacts

“Contacts” are an internal Gulun unit used to start a new dialogue. They are not money or e-money: they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, sold or transferred to another user.

  • When you sign up, your account is credited with 10 contacts.
  • One contact is spent when you are the first to message someone you have not had a dialogue with yet.
  • Replying to incoming messages and continuing a dialogue you have already started is free.
  • The service may credit free contacts, for example for regular visits or with a promo code; extra contacts can be purchased.

If your account is permanently deleted, any remaining contacts are lost.

7Paid services

Signing up, your profile, search and replying to messages are free. You can additionally buy contacts and individual features. The list, prices and terms of each service are shown in the Balance section and apply as of the time of purchase.

  • Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL, ₾). Payments are accepted through a payment provider; we do not receive your card details.
  • A service is considered provided from the moment it becomes available in your account.
  • If your payment went through but the service did not appear, contact support — we will credit it or refund the money.
  • Services already provided are not refundable, except in cases provided for by Georgian law.

8Meetings and safety

We check profiles, but we cannot guarantee that everyone you talk to is honest. Meet in public places, do not send money to people you do not know in person, and never share card details or SMS codes. Report suspicious behaviour with the “Report” button. You will find more tips in the Safety section.

9Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings. Your profile disappears from search straight away. For 30 days the account can be restored — just log in and confirm the restore. After that, the account, profile, photos and conversations are deleted permanently.

For details on what data is kept after deletion and for how long, see the privacy policy.

10Liability

  • Each user is responsible for their own profile, messages and conduct, including at meetings outside the service.
  • The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation or the safety of data in circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by other users, except where liability is established by Georgian law.
  • If a breach of the rules causes damage to Gulun or to other people, the violator compensates it in the manner provided by law.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We first try to resolve any dispute by correspondence: write to support@gulun.ge and you will get a reply within 10 working days. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute is heard by a Georgian court at the operator’s location, unless the law provides otherwise.

12Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the service or the law changes. We will notify you of significant changes in advance by email or with a notification in the service. If you keep using Gulun after the new version takes effect, you accept it; if not, you can delete your account.
